Madrasah Classes
Madrasah Education
Our Madrasah provides comprehensive, structured Islamic education for children aged 5 and above. With 12 teachers (6 male, 6 female), we deliver a modern, school-style approach where students are grouped by age and ability — not just by class time.
Our Approach
Just like in school, our students are:
- Grouped by age and ability — ensuring every child learns at the right pace
- Regularly assessed — with exams and tests throughout the year to track progress
- Progressed annually — students move up to new classes each year based on their development
This structured approach ensures your child gets the most out of every class and builds a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge.
Curriculum
- Qaaidah & Qur'an: Reading with proper Tajweed rules
- Salah & Worship: Practical prayer instruction, Kalimaat, and Surah memorisation
- Islamic Studies: An-Nasihah curriculum covering Fiqh, Aqaa'id, Ahaadith, Akhlaaq, Seerah, Aadaab & Taarikh

Frequently Asked Questions
What age can my child start?
Children aged 5 and above are eligible to enrol. Students are grouped by age and ability to ensure they learn at the right pace.
How do I register my child?
Use the registration form on this page or send us an enquiry. Registration is subject to availability and opens periodically throughout the year.
How is my child assessed?
Students undergo regular exams and tests throughout the year. This helps teachers track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure each child is getting the most from their classes. Students progress to new classes annually.
What is the difference between regular classes and Hifz?
Regular Madrasah classes cover Qaaidah, Qur'an reading, and Islamic studies across the class session times. The Hifz programme is a full-time commitment running every day for the entire Madrasah hours, focused entirely on Qur'an memorisation.
What if my child misses a class?
Regular attendance is expected. If your child will be absent, please inform the class teacher in advance. Consistent attendance is important for your child's progress and assessment outcomes.
Is there a uniform or dress code?
Students should dress modestly and appropriately for a learning environment. Details are provided upon registration.
Do you have safeguarding policies?
Yes. All teachers undergo DBS checks and we have designated safeguarding officers. Our full safeguarding policy is available on our policies page.
